Spring Fling

This morning we went to the Spring Fling at our church. It was my first Easter Egg Hunt. I had a great time and I even fell asleep during lunch. When we got there I had to socialize with everyone. Then I walked around and checked out all the different activites. There was duck-duck-goose, a chalk walk, a parachute game, an egg toss, Boomer the Clown, and bubbles. After that we went and mommy and daddy had hotdogs and cheetos for lunch while I took a nap. Then they let all the kids decorate an Easter cookie. I was still asleep so mommy decorated one for me. Then Mrs. Joanna read us a book called "The Easter Story". It was about Jesus dying on the cross but now He is ALIVE! Then it was time for the EASTER EGG HUNT!!! Daddy and mommy took me and my basket and we found eggs with the other babies and up to 2years old. I got a lot of colorful eggs in my basket. Mommy made sure that I had at least one of every color. I think mommy and daddy ate all the candy that was in my eggs though. I had lots of fun! I even wore a special easter bunny shirt today. Then mommy put me inside my easter basket and told daddy to take some pictures. DOn't they know that I don't look like an easter egg....I'm much too pretty for that.
