Happy Mother's Day to all my friends and family out there who are mothers. We have the hardest job in the world and today I thank God for you. This will be my first official Mother's Day and I'm really excited about it. I just hope that Mark remembers that Calloway isn't old enough yet to make me something. So he will need to either take her with him to the store or just stop by the store and pick up a card at least. Well, we'll see how good he does. Here are a few new pics of Calloway that I took this last week.
I only have 4 weeks left of school and I am really looking forward to having the summer to play with Calloway. Mark leaves this Monday, May 12th for South Korea for 2 weeks. His mom, Roselyn, is flying in tomorrow and will stay with me for a week to help take care of Calloway. She and Richard will be moving to North Carolina in June so she won't get to see Calloway as often and I am so thankful that she is coming to help. I am also glad that she gets to spend so much one-on-one time with Calloway before she has to move. The following week a couple of people in my church are going to help out with taking care of Calloway. It will be hard, but I know that God will take care of us.
For those of you have been praying for baby Luke, he died this week on Tuesday. It was very sad, but at the same time a time of joy for that family to know that he isn't going to suffer anymore and that he is with Jesus in heaven. If you follow the link on the side to their blog, Susan (the mother) has written some very encouraging words. Their family was greatly blessed through this time and Luke's life was such a testimony to the hospital staff. They'll never know how many people were touched because of him.
Cari-she is SO cute! I started planning Graham's first party way in advance too. :) I'd be glad to help you with your plans for Calloway.
