Today Calloway is 8 months old. It is hard to believe and time is just flying by. She is such a joy and now that I am back to school, I can't wait to come home everyday to see her (and Mark too).
Here is the scoop on our little darling:
She is almost crawling. She pushes up and rocks back and forth and somehow scoots herself forward. Mark's says that it is more of a lunge.
She can go from the sitting position to the crawling position.
She waves bye-bye.
When she wants you to pick her up she waves both hands in the air.
She loves to practice walking.
She has two teeth on the bottom in the middle. (I am still trying to get a picture of them.)
She loves playing the piano and watching her daddy play the piano.
She thinks Gabbie (the dog) is so cool and watches her every move.
She thinks Sundae (the cat) is hilarious and any time the cat gets close, Calloway starts laughing and squints her eyes.
She loves to try new foods. Her repetoire now consists of tomatoes, cucumbers, crackers, cookies, cheese, small bits of chicken and beef, bread (especially biscuits), of course- pickles, chips, goldfish, cheerios, chocolate, spaghetti noodles, rice, and more that I can't think of at this moment.
Sweet! I love following her progress on your blog. It is fun seeing her grow and change! I know you have heard it a million times: Enjoy it, it will be gone before you know it. It seems like yesterday mine were that little!
