Poor Calloway fell asleep in her crib last Saturday with her feet still propped up on the railing. I thought it was cute and that I should share it with you.
Calloway was out in the garage crawling around while my mom and I sat things up for our garage sale. Well, when we were finished I had to bring Calloway in to wash her feet and hands because they were so black. Here she is playing in the water. She loved to grab at it as it came out of the faucet. She would even try to splash her feet in it.
Here she is still playing in the sink while I am trying to wash her off. The water was cold at first and you can tell by looking at her face.
Here she is playing with the eye balls of a Mr.Potato Head. My mom brought several potato heads to put in the garage sale and of course I took one for Calloway. She thought the eyes tasted good I guess!
We needed another family picture, so this morning I had one of the ladies at our church take this.
Calloway LOVES looking at herself in the mirror. I caught her in front of the mirror at church the other day and she just sat there staring at herself and laughing at herself. This is definitely a fun stage to observe.
A couple of Saturdays ago I had to go to a workshop and on my home I passed a garage sale that had this walker. Needless to say, I bought so that Calloway could get around the house some more. It's not like she can't crawl from room to room fast enough already. Anyway, she loves and had walked over to the piano and stood on her little tippy toes so that she could reach to play. I thought it was the cutest thing and I think this proves that she has great problem solving skills!!
Sweet! Musical genius in the making!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh!!! I have at least three loads of laundry sitting on my bed at this very moment. I'm trying to match socks while nursing the baby and entertaining Caleb. I thought it was just me! LOL
ReplyDeleteKennedy always loved to play in the sink as well! Calloway sure is growing fast! I loved how hard she worked @ reaching that piano! Hilarious!
ReplyDeleteTake care and God bless!
I hope your students are great for you the rest of the sem. as you approach the busy (and distracting) holiday season.
