So behind....I know

Yes, we are all still alive. I know that it has been awhile since I've posted and I really want to update you on something good. But for now.... I don't really have much exciting to share with you.

When Calloway turned one she started having separation anxiety. Please pray for her to realize that we are coming back for her. It makes it hard to drop her off and for her to cry. She has always been such a happy baby and would go to just about anybody that this stage is very odd for us. She is really cruising now and will walk holding onto only one of our hands now.
At her one year old appointment we found out that her heighth and head were in the 75th percentile and that her weight had dropped some to the 36th percentile but the doctor wasn't concerned since she is so active. She said that everything looked great. We are now transitioning Calloway to cow's milk.
Her new favorite foods are grapes, chex mix, and teddy grahams.

Well, I don't know much else.....

  1. I completely understand about the separation anxiety. Sanaa started going through that really early! Around 4 months. Typically she'll cry the entire time she's in the nursery at church. She would even cry when we left her with Nate's parents. But it's gotten better. This past Sunday she hardly cried when we dropped her off. You guys will get through it! It's rough and I'll be praying for you, but the stage will pass (thankfully!).
