This week I am spending a good amount of time trying to really clean our house, especially since I am having a Premier Jewelry Party this weekend. Well, last night I began by working on the laundry. Calloway came in while I was loading the clean clothes into the laundry basket. She climbed in the basket and remained there while I continued to fill it up. I picked the basket (laundry and Cal) up and took it to the couch. ALl you could see was her neck and head sticking out. She was literally covered up. I guess she just wanted to help.
You saw on a previous post where Calloway and her little friend where cleaning the floor. Well, tonight she decided that she was going to swiffer the living room floor. She went and got the swiffer all by herself. Then she began walking around the living room swiffering. It was hilarious but Awesome! I was so proud of her for trying to help.
Also, this evening she pulled out her Fisher Price Crazy Horn Combo Set. A wonderful lady in our church gave it to Calloway. About 20 years ago it belonged to her daughter and she wanted Calloway to have it. So, I put it together for her and she has played with it off and on ALL night. She loves it! Who knows what instrument she will choose to play in a few years. My hope/wish is the violin, but I'm sure Mark will be happy with whatever she chooses, as will I.
