Calloway loves going to church and often asks when we are getting ready to go somewhere if we are going to church. A couple of Sundays ago I replied with a yes and then she proceeded to tell Mark that he needed to put on a shirt (he had one on but she meant a dress shirt and tie) and that she needed her pretty dress. She loves wearing dresses and dressing up for church! I love that about her. Here she is in a cute little dress my mom got for her a while back. On our way to lunch after church I began thinking about the attributes of this dress and it got me to wondering 1)why in the world would ANY company design/create a dress for small children that is basically white and 2) what was I thinking to put a 2yr old in a solid white dress? And you know what I didn't even bring a bib! Is it not inevitable that when one wears white, one always drops something on it......well, inevitably she got it dirty at lunch. But don't worry.... it was nothing a little Dreft couldn't take out.
Mom, Thanks for the cute dress but next time...let's rethink the white thing. Ha! JK I love you!
