Come Soar with Us....

This year our VBS  theme was Sky. We had fun "soaring to new heights"! Ha!

Here I am singing away with some of my kiddos.....I was the group leader for the 3rd grade.

Many of these photos are of Calloway and all the things she did. 

Instead of having the kids bring an offering, our church has the kiddos bring in school supplies, which are then donated to the Salvation Army for their back to school give aways that they do for needy families. I thought it was a great idea. For each school supply you bring in, your grade got a star on the wall. At the end of the week, the class with the most stars got a popcorn party during our Missions Movie time.

Calloway has already stolen the hearts of many people in our new church.

We had a really fun VBS this year and I'm so glad that I got here early enough to be a part of it!
