I feel like the worst blogger in the world. I have always done my best at keeping the blog pretty update whether that is one post a week or multiple posts a month, but since we've moved here, I have been the worst blogger. I hate to login to the blog and see that it's been over a month since I last posted. I am pretty good at putting a picture here or there on Facebook for the majority of the world who follow us but I do have a few friends i.e. Barbara, who aren't FB kind of people. So, this one is dedicated to her since this is where she relies on all of her Calloway fixes. We love you and miss you Barbara!
Fall Festival at Church
This year Calloway wanted to wear her Alicorn costume from last year. To clarify: A unicorn is a pony with a horn. A Pegasus is a pony with wings. An ALICORN is a pony with wings and a horn. She WAS NOT a pegasus. She would get so frustrated with people calling her a pegasus. It was kind of funny to hear her explain to everyone what she was.
I't's a little more difficult to jump in a bounce house with 2 extra legs.
We had a small petting zoo this year. Can you guess which part Cal liked the best?
Shooting water guns at Mr. Ron, even though she was supposed to hit the golf balls.
My mom was able to come over and go with us this year. It was nice to have her around and she got to see Calloway in one of her elements. I was glad mom was able to experience this evening as a grandma Nonna.
Horse Lessons - Prepare for Judging
Can you tell she's excited for another day of horse lessons.
Listening to her teacher about what they are doing for the day. She is the smallest of the 4 girls in the class.
Walking out the course with Miss Ashton, her horse leader.
Preparing to come before the "judge".
Now riding the course.
Adjusting the boot.
Hearing the final results.
She was 2nd place.
