My Dearest Calloway,
Today you are six years old. I am so thankful that God blessed us with you six years ago today. You have grown into a beautiful little girl. You are no longer a baby or even a toddler as I am often reminded of by you. I still rememver vividly the way you felt rolling around and kicking inside my tummy and the moment I first go to meet you. Now, you have completely entered the fun parts of childhood. I am so proud and blessed to be your momma. You have done so well transitioning to Kindergarten this year and trying many new things such as T-Ball, Horseback riding, violin and piano, and swimming. I know that God has a wonderful plan for you and I can't wait to sit on the sidelines and watch how He is going to use you! You never cease to amaze me at the things you say and do. I can't wait to continue to share my life's journey with you and watch you as you continue to write new chapters in yours. I want you to know that you will ALWAYS be my baby and I will ALWAYS be proud of you.
So, today as we celebrate your sixth birthday, I want you to know that this momma loves you very much and is praying for you. I pray a prayer of thanksgiving for you. I thank God daily for giving me you. I pray that God will put good Christian people in your path throughout your journey. I pray that you will have a good heart and a passion/love for others. I pray that your compassion will be used in a mighty way. But most of all, I pray that you will know Jesus and choose Him. You mean the world to me and I thank you for giving me something worth fighting for! You make me want to be the best momma there is.
