On Tuesday, I stayed home from work with her so that Mark could go to class and work and we painted our pumpkins. She was so excited! All she talked about later was going outside to see the pumpkins. She would point at hers and say me. She knew that was hers. What a fun time we had and a great a memory too.
This year at our church Fall Festival, Calloway dressed up as Tinkerbell. She looked really cute, unfortunately we had to go without wings because I could not find them. Oh Well! Next year, I'm going to get creative with her costume though, because this store-bought stuff is cheaply made and too expensive.
Calloway is getting really good at counting. She also prays at mealtime; it is really sweet to watch and listen to. She is trying really hard to jump. Of course she still has a huge love of reading and continues to pull books off the shelves like crazy. She is kind of going through phase 2 of separation anxiety which I hope passes soon.
She has really enjoyed seeing all of the pumpkins and scarecrows around town and I cannot wait for Christmas decorations to get out because I think she is going to love that even more!
She has a fantastic memory and sense of direction already. It's like she knows where we are going when we get in the car. She definitely gets this from mommy and not daddy.
Tonight she was so tired, she put herself to bed! I love this girl! What a sweetheart. I hope you love reading about her as much I as love to write about all of the wonderful things she is doing.
Hope you have a great weekend!
