Christmas Joy!

Christmas is a fun time in general but when you have a 2yr old around, Christmas becomes so much more fun and exciting. Everywhere we go, Calloway looks for Christmas stuff and Santa. She gets so excited just seeing a giant blow-up Santa and starts yelling "Hi Santa" or "Bye Santa" it is so cute and innocent in a way. She doesn't understand yet that inaniment objects can't respond to her. When we see Christmas lights she starts yelling "more Christmas". I'm not really sure what we are going to do when all of the Christmas decorations are taken down!


Calloway also enjoys playing the piano. IT is so much fun to watch her climb up onto the bench and sit there and play. She thinks she has to turn the pages of whatever random book Mark has been playing out of. She also likes to get a pencil and pretend to mark on the music. She will even point to the music and say "notes". She knows the difference between high and low notes and often laughs at herself while playing.
