Other than Easter this month, we've just been busy doing potty training and all the other "normal" stuff that just has to happen. One night we decided to go to this brand new McDonald's for dinner. Calloway begged us to let her go play (after eating) and so we did. I thought it was pretty cool how they indoor playarea was musical, literaly! As she slid down the slide it was as if someone slid their hands down a piano keyboard. Very Cool! Unfortunately all I had was my cell phone so sorry the quality is poor!
So, like I said last week, we are doing lots of potty training which means that sometimes we play and run around the house in just panties! But not very often because I think it's really tacky! So, most of the time she has a little dress on. BUT this night we were in the middle of changing into her PJ's and she took off, grabbed the box that her blocks go in and started marching around the living room with it on her head.
I finally got myself a yoga mat to sit/lay on while doing Wii Fit. Our wood floors sure weren't very comfortable for some of those excersises. Anyway, the other night Calloway drug the mat into the kitchen (it was her magic carpet) and she had a blast rolling herself up inside it and playing on it!
Last night we went to Jack's 60th birthday party. Calloway discovered her love or more like passion for Chocolate-covered strawberries. She also discovered that she loves turning in circles. And that "Aunt Nancy" gives some pretty good hugs and she always has tea/lemonade ready to share!
This morning on the way to church the sun was shining very brightly as we backed out of the garage! Calloway, as usual, said, "It's Bright!" I agreed and handed her her sunglasses! She said, "Oh, thank you!" (So cute!) and then I had to take a picture because she was so cute!
Well, I hope your April has been a good one since it's basically gone! We've got some pretty exciting things coming up in May including a trip to see my family, so we are pretty excited about that! May God bless you and keep in the month of May and always!
