Well, Calloway being "cool" and all that has had to have her some of these things. Thanks to the teens in our church for getting her started on them. She loves these things. She enjoys taking them off and on and naming all the animals she has. A few weeks back she had a blue snake one that she lost and for the next week we spent asking around for another snake bracelet and looking everywhere for that thing. Needless to say, I found it under her carseat one day when we were playing switcharoo. Well, her newest fun thing to do with the silly bandz is stretch one across her upper lip and show everyone her "mush-mash" (mustache). It's really cute! The other day she turned to Mark out of the blue and said, "Daddy, look! I have thumbs!"
We were passing a construction area and from the backseat of the car we heard her yell, "I see dirt!"
Last week we got to see a couple of our friends who've recently had babies and when Calloway got to hold the first one she turned to Mark and said, "Daddy I need a baby!" It was really cute and she was very sweet and lovable to the babies. She kept caressing their heads and holding their hands and wanting to kiss on them. She'll make a great big sister one day!
Our dear friend Courtney celebrated her 15th birthday this past week and we went to lunch at Mimi's to celebrate. While waiting on a table we went outside which turned out to be the perfect photo opportunity with their landscaping and here are a few of the pictures I took.
