It's definitely birthday party time around here. We have been to 3 birthday parties in the last 2 weeks. And were invited to another one that we were unable to attend.
Tori's Party
Tori is Calloway's little friend from church. She had her 3rd birthday party at "Pump It Up". Calloway had a great time going down the slide, jumping in the bounce house, and climbing the "rock" wall. And can I just add that I was so proud of Calloway because she could scale that little rock wall faster than most of the boys there. And she did it all by herself. You in the pictures Mark was at the bottom but he never had to help her!
Connor's Party
Connor is also a friend from church. We tease that he is her boyfriend. They have blast together and last weekend we celebrated his 4th birthday at the Bicentennial Park. It was a beautiful day and the kids had a blast playing at the park and eating.

Calloway waiting for her turn to go down the slide.
This girl loves to slide. I think every park we go to, she has to "try-out" all of the slides.
Cal is just like her daddy. When she knew the party was going to be outside, she insisted on wearing those Minnie Mouse sunglasses. And she wore them during the whole party.
Here is Connor and some of his friends who were at his party. He had a Transformers themed party.
Here is the group getting ready to play freeze tag. They all huddled up to hear the rules.
I had to insert this picture of Cal because she reminds me so much of my sister Libby in this picture. There are days that Calloway really favors some of Libby's pictures when she was little.
Lovin' the swings! And she could swing all day!
Cal and Claudia....two peas in a pod. Wherever one goes, the other is right behind!
Paige's Party
Yesterday we went to Paige's 3rd birthday party at The Tumble Club. Paige is another little friend from church. Calloway enjoyed going across the balance beam, walking/running/jumping across the tumble track, and of course the cupcakes! Oh the cupcakes....well let's just say that the whole saying "You are what you eat!" definitely took place yesterday.
Here is Paige the birthday girl while we sang Happy Birthday to her!
And Cal chose......a blue cupcake. You can kind of see it on her plate.
Therefore we came home with a smurf!
Blue tongue and all....
Check out the blue fingers and teeth! Isn't that scary!
Here is the birthday girl after she very much enjoyed her red cupcake!
Little Vincent wanted orange, unfortunately he didn't need a spray tan, he is already naturally nice and tan!
And his big sister Claudia wanted green! Thankfully one of the mom's had wet wipes, but they were still colorful children an hour after the party, no matter how well you tried to clean them.
Calloway running down the tumble track.
They had this "bounce house" but you couldn't really bounce in it....it was kind of weird because the two cheerleader girls had to stand there and hold the top up. Also, check Vincent out.....yep, he is still orange!
So that's what we've been up to in the Burnett household lately....
