Spring Fling '11

I feel so behind on blogging.....I've just been so busy these past few weeks and especially in the next two to come. But here is a quick post of our Spring Fling from church this afternoon.

 This is Kevin a young man in our church. Every Sunday morning Calloway goes to say hi to him and today she told me she wanted to say hi and hold his hand. She was so excited that he came. Of course Boomer the clown is a crowd favorite.

 This year was completely different from last year. Last year, Cal would step over 10 eggs to get to the pink or purple ones. This year she mostly just went for whatever was near by.

We had a great time! I love that our church does this as a free event for our community. This year we had over 7,000 eggs, 2 bounce houses, egg toss, bubbles, sidewalk chalk, hula hooping, parachute, relay races, giant blow up ball, cotton candy, popcorn, candy guessing, and I'm sure I've left something out. We always have a great time and it just gets bigger every year.
