I'm back!

I know I was on a really good blogging roll and then something happened.....life!

We got busy, cleaning house, working in my classroom, the 4th of July, my parents visiting, and even a day trip to Fort Worth and back. 

But don't worry you didn't miss much. First of all, I'm sorry this picture is so hard to see but Calloway drew a snail and began to color it. It was so great and I loved that she drew it and did such a fantastic job.

She's really began to start drawing things lately.

Calloway enjoys playing on her iPad and I downloaded a new app for that her that has virtual field trips to different places and she is loving watching those little videos.

Like I mentioned above, my parents came for a visit a few weekends ago. We had a great time giving them a tour of Shawnee America, eating, spending time together, and I'm so glad they got to see our house.

It was really nice having them here.

We also took a day trip to Fort Worth to see one of my best friends Kourtney get married.

It was such a beautiful wedding and I'm so excited for her and Sam and their new life together!

But you'll be happy to know that I will be back in a few days with a couple more house updates, pictures from VBS, a play date, my classroom update, and a visit with my aunt and cousin! Stay tuned......
